3-Day Return Policy:
You have 3 calendar days from the date of purchase to return a damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
Exchange for Wrong Sizes:
In case you receive the wrong size, we offer exchanges. Contact our customer service team at customer-service@dharmdarshnam.com with your order number and the correct size required.
We will guide you on returning the original item, and upon receipt, we will dispatch the correct size.
Refund and Exchange for Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We offer refunds for damaged items or exchanges for the same or similar products, subject to availability.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
